Manage digest

In the Digest Management section, the portal administrator can configure and adjust digests. A digest is an automatically compiled periodical newsletter made up of news items from previously selected news categories. The digest is sent to all subscribers just like a regular newsletter.

General Configuration

When configuring a new digest, you can choose from a number of options, including which news items are included in the Digest and how they should be sent and the frequency on which. Finally, there is the possibility to indicate which template should be used for the relevant digest.

Categories

In the Categories tab you can select which news categories to include in the digest by ticking it in the overview

Preface

In the foreword tab it is possible to insert a text that will appear at the top of the digest. This text can be styled in the CMS text editor.
 

Footer

In the Footer tab it is possible to insert a text that will appear at the bottom of the digest. This text can be styled in the CMS text editor.
