Send email

With E-mailing, a team administrator can send an e-mail to several members at once without using a program like Outlook. The team administrator selects the desired members and continues to the text message.

The e-mail address of the sender can be adjusted manually. Enclosing an attachment is optional.
After clicking Save you will be asked for confirmation and you can finally choose for shipment. A bar appears on which you can see the progress and a confirmation with the number of e-mails sent after successful transmission.
