In News Management, the team administrator can post news items that the members see on their team page. The news items are subdivided into the categories that the team administrator has created for News category management. The team administrator can add, change or delete news.
A news item has format such as a blog post. Under the Properties tab you will ensure that a catchy title, inviting summary and attractive miniature image will invite people to read the main text.
The publication date and time are decisive for the order in overviews. The most current item is at the top. The use of the expiration date and time is optional and is not set by default in all portals. The checkbox at "Published" determines whether the news item has actually been released.
