Wiki subpage creation as suggestion box

The comments forms below the wiki items were already a very popular feature, enabling the user to provide feedback and participate in discussions. 

From now on every wiki page will also have a suggestion icon in the right top, next to the title. 

All users with access to that wiki item will be able to click the big plus icon and create a subpage on that topic. The author of the parent item (Miranda in the example below) will receive an e-mail notification after the subpage is created with the request to check the contents and click the "Publish" button to approve. Sub pages will never be shown without approval.
