Wiki attachments ordering

This new feature enables wiki editors to order attachments linked to a wiki page. This will improve the accessibility of particular long lists of attachments in portals and specifically the mobile app.
Wikis are often used to manage structured project information and knowledge bases. Therefore it's essential that all relevant information can be found and accessed easily. 

After the editor has added a new attachment to a wiki page, the attached files can be dragged and dropped in the desired order.
