Teamwork App home screen increased flexibility

As requested by app users who are frequently using the chat functionality we were able to move the chat tile from the Extra tile to the App home screen.

This is a significant flexibility increase of the User Interface. The application manager can still switch functionality on or off from his backoffice user panel and the app home screen of the users will automatically be updated without forcing them to update or reinstall the app. 

The same is possible for other tiles like the Timelog functionality.
