Read confirmations for news items

On top of the already existing views counter, we added the optional news read confirmation.  

The portal admin only has to check the "read confirmation" box and the logging will start after saving. No worries, the view counter will remain counting as before and only the portal admin users will be able to see total "read" number and names of readers.

Below the news article the portal can see that 3 people read the article. By clicking the "Read" icon, the list pops up with names including the date and time of reading.
