Notification widget for unread chat messages

The new widget "Notifications" shows all your unread (chat) messages. By clicking the message you will resume the chat with that user and the message will be flagged as read and disappear from the notifications widget.

(In the screenshot below you see that chat messages will also instantly appear in the Windows action center.)
