Form generator improved with smart sub select options

The form generator has been further improved and now supports showing conditional forms elements to show based on selected values. The advantage of this is that the user no longer will see a very long and complicated form with irrelevant questions and answering options.  

Example: you can design one single form that will service users looking for support for smartphones or computers.  Users filling out the form will be asked what type of device they need help with. If they answer smartphone it will subsequently only show relevant options on smartphones and not computers.
