Customer self-service agenda tool to plan house visits per daypart

The PortalCMS agenda planning tool allows employees in an intranet or customers in a customer portal to easily schedule a meeting and invite others.

With the newly added functionality it can also be applied as a self-service reservation tool to have customers register for a house visit per daypart.

Example: claims adjusters can allow their clients to schedule a meeting with ease by picking a date in the calendar and selecting an available day part. Non available dayparts will show with a red cross. The planning tool automatically guards against overbooking. The client will receive a confirmation by e-mail and the agenda of the selected claims adjuster will automatically be filled up.
