Assignment of extra users to wiki items

Knowledge management is often a team effort. That's why we added the option to assign multiple authors to individual wiki pages.

As portal/team admin or author you can assign co-authors as follows.

Start by editing the wiki page > simply start typing the name of the user you want to add > when the desired name shows up click on the name.

It will show like this now:

To finalize click save changes.
