Advanced digest template includes wiki content, agenda and birthdays

In the newest PortalCMS version there will be significant improvements in the digest management screen:

• Selection of content will be grouped by team
• Content of private teams can no longer be selected if the digests is to be sent to all portal users
• Per digest you can choose to include a list of users with their birthdays in the week or month ahead
• Per team you can choose to add the list with agenda events
• Last but not least: the wiki items with a publication date in the past week or month will be shown below the news section 

These added features will further improve the added value of the digest feature.
